On the afternoon of January 18, 2016, experts and staff of the Environmental Protection Bureau, monitoring station, monitoring brigade, Jinhua Environmental Science Institute and other experts led by the Municipal Director of Environmental Protection Yu went to our group for research. Group General Manager Feng Xiaoyi and related staff received and exchanged views on the visit of Director Yu and his delegation. The topic of this research is divided into two aspects: first, the qualitative selection of the technology of Yiwu municipal waste incineration technical transformation project and the in-depth development of the follow-up EIA work; The second is the prospect of paper industry of Huachuan Group.

At the meeting, Mr. Feng Xiaoyi, general manager of the group, made a brief report on the company's paper production capacity, garbage disposal volume, product taxation, pollutant emission and the company's "13th Five-Year Plan".

Then the participants around the main process equipment of Yiwu municipal waste incineration technical reform project to choose imported or domestic, exhaust gas treatment using "six" processes or "seven to" two issues, respectively, from the perspective of their own positions to talk about their views. About how to carry out the post-project environmental impact assessment, the consulting unit Jinhua Environmental Research Institute made a detailed introduction and arrangement, and made technical guidance.

Finally, the municipal Director of environmental protection Yu combined with the suggestions of experts and staff, made a concluding statement: (1) Waste incineration technical reform project is the focus of the city's "13" five plans (public environmental protection infrastructure) livelihood projects, the project time is tight, the task is heavy. In accordance with the requirements of the municipal government office meeting, led by the Environmental Protection Bureau, the relevant departments to cooperate with the recent development of the theme project, supporting projects of the process plan, submitted to the municipal government for review and confirmation. (2) Relevant departments of the Environmental Protection Bureau and Huachuan Group cooperated with Jinhua Environmental Science Institute to carry out a series of follow-up work such as public investigation and environmental assessment monitoring of the project, laying the foundation for the construction of the project after the Spring Festival. (3) It is expected that Huachuan Group will take the opportunity of upgrading and transforming waste power generation to realize the transformation from "bigger and stronger" in the past to "stronger and more refined" at present.
