With the rapid development of electric power construction in our city, the electric power department built a 110KV red bank substation to replace the original 35KV Red bank substation. On the one hand, due to obsolete equipment and disorderly configuration, the safety operation is seriously affected, and on the other hand, the future development of the company is restricted by insufficient spacing and capacity. The company decided to take advantage of the Chian substation reconstruction opportunity to build a new Hachon thermoelectric 10KV distribution room.
The newly constructed 10KV distribution room of Huachuan Thermoelectric has a construction area of about 600 square meters, and the first floor is the distribution equipment, with 30 sets of high-voltage vacuum switch cabinets installed. The protection and control system adopts microcomputer protection and control device of substation integrated automation system and optical fiber communication system, which has the functions of protection, telemetry, remote control and remote communication. The monitoring room on the third floor is equipped with a background monitoring host, and the distribution monitoring network system based on the field bus system can collect and transmit various power parameters and switch status signals in real time, and can remotely open and close the switch. Two lines with a diameter of 300 mm ² are connected with 110KV Chigan Substation, with a power supply capacity of 2×6000KW, and the whole system is safe and reliable. There is room for expansion in the power distribution room. This modern power distribution room is an important power infrastructure of the Group company, bearing most of the power load of the Group company, and its completion provides a reliable power guarantee for the development of the Group company.
After intense construction, installation and commissioning. Through three times of strict inspection and acceptance by multiple departments of Jinhua Yiwu Power Supply Bureau, Huachuan Thermoelectric 10KV distribution room was officially sent to power at 17:50 on January 21, 2011.

However, the success of the first power transmission is only a new beginning for the leaders and professionals of the Electrical Department, and more difficult tasks await them in the next few days. The line cutting between the 110KV Chian Substation and the original 35KV Chian substation in the power sector is under intense progress. The task of cutting the power supply line of the new and old distribution room of the 10KV system of our company is heavy, and all the high-voltage cables with the old and high voltage distribution need to be changed to the new high voltage distribution within a limited time. 185 power line has been taken out of service and dismantled. The 184 power line will also be taken out of service in six days. After all the liaison lines between the former Huachuan thermal power plant and Chian Transformer are removed, the old high power supply will be cut off, which means that all the power supply lines of the new and old high power supply must be cut within 6 days. If it can not be completed on time, it may cause serious consequences of large-scale power outage. There are 12 cable lines in the cutting work, which involves various important loads of the company. The cables need to be extracted from the cable trench and re-placed in the new high school, some need to be extended, some need to be cut short, and 16 high-voltage cable terminals and intermediate connectors need to be redone, which is a lot of work. To this end, the electrical Department first developed a detailed work plan, seriously and fully prepared, including manpower and material arrangements, as far as possible to reduce power outage time, reduce production losses.
The company dispatched the personnel of various departments to fully support the electrical Department's cable replacement work, the majority of employees seize the weather when the rain and snow stopped at the beginning, not afraid of cold, not afraid of mud, and the installation department to cooperate with each other to put all the cables in place. The electricians of the electrical Department also worked hard overnight to complete the cable wiring to ensure that the power failure of the line was transmitted on the same day. After two days of intense work, the cable cutting between the new and old distribution rooms has been completed. Four days ahead of the deadline set by the power Supply Bureau, on January 23, the former Huachuan thermal power high distribution all stopped service, completing its historical mission. Xinhua Chuan Thermoelectric 10KV power distribution room is fully put into operation.
