On December 19, 2015, the 130T/H high temperature and high pressure boiler oven of Yinan Central heating project was successfully concluded.
Because the newly installed boiler absorbs a lot of water in the process of furnace wall materials and masonry, if it is in contact with high temperature flue gas, the water contained in the furnace wall will evaporate sharply because of the large temperature difference, resulting in a large amount of steam, and then due to the rapid expansion of steam, the furnace wall will be deformed and cracked. Therefore, before the new boiler is officially put into operation, the furnace wall must be slowly roasted to ensure the smooth commissioning of the later stage and the future operation quality of the boiler.
On December 12, the 8-meter platform of the boiler of the central heating project, accompanied by the smooth ignition of the first oil gun, means that the drying work of 130T/H high temperature and high pressure boiler officially began. Oven is through the stage of heating up, constant temperature baking, evaporates the free water and crystal water in the refractory wear-resistant material, so that the castable solidification molding, in order to achieve the normal operation of the boiler requirements of the physical and mechanical properties, is an important link in the early stage of boiler ignition.
This oven adopts the high-temperature flue gas oven method, that is, the hot flue gas generated outside the oven is used as the heat source. After the hot flue gas enters the furnace, it is mainly convection heat transfer, and the furnace wall is damaged by flame free high temperature radiation, so that the lining material gets a slow heating process, and the drying temperature and temperature rise rate are controlled by following the law of slow and uniform precipitation of water in the refractory wear-resistant lining material. Promote the smooth precipitation of different forms of water, so that the temperature can be controlled.
In the early stage of the oven, the installation company, the oven unit and our operating personnel worked overtime, fighting at the boiler site, busy carefully checking, busy filling the boiler with water, busy arranging various safety signs, and making final preparations for the oven. On the afternoon of the 11th, a special oven coordination meeting was held, and the meeting carried out a detailed and reasonable division of labor and arrangement of various work, requiring all units to have clear responsibilities, cooperate with each other and cooperate with each other to ensure the smooth progress of the oven work, and make it clear that the oven work is mainly based on the oven unit, and the expansion record, smoke temperature and water level data monitoring record is mainly based on our operating personnel. In addition, three shifts during the oven were planned.
On the morning of the 12th, the temporary control room was crowded with people, and the oven work was carried out in a tense and orderly manner. The operation staff carried out a reasonable division of labor, two people monitored all kinds of data on the disk and made records, two people monitored the change of water level on the furnace top, two people inspected the boiler body, oil pump and copied the expansion instructions to prevent safety accidents, and did not relax at all.
The successful completion of the 7-day oven work marked a new stage for the Yinan Central heating project, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent boiler pickling and unit commissioning. (Correspondent Zeng Yue-kyung)
