According to Article 2 of Huachuan group's steam supply pricing plan, which is attached to the negotiation meeting minutes on steam supply pricing of Yinan central heating project on March 9, 2016, the price adjustment method is as follows: for every increase or decrease of 30 yuan / ton in coal price, the heating price will increase or decrease by 5 yuan / ton correspondingly, and no adjustment will be made if it is less than 30 yuan.

Now the actual coal price has risen to more than 1100 yuan / ton. Considering the heating cost such as pipeline capacity and loss, and considering the heating situation of steam users, according to the standard coal price of 5000 kcal above 840 yuan / ton (including tax), the price is increased by 10 yuan / ton on the basis of the price adjustment notice on January 7, 2021.
