Comprehensively considering the heating costs such as pipeline capacity and loss, the standard coal price of 5,000 kcal at the factory price in October 2018 is more than 750 yuan/ton (including tax) as the basis, and the price adjustment notice on September 8, 2018 is increased by 5 yuan/ton.
