According to Article 2 of Huachuan group's steam supply pricing scheme attached to the minutes of consultation meeting on steam supply price pricing of Yinan central heating project on March 9, 2016, the heating price will be increased or decreased by 5 yuan / ton for every 30 yuan / ton of coal price, and no adjustment will be made for less than 30 yuan.
Considering the heating cost such as pipeline capacity and loss, taking the standard coal price of 5000 kcal from November 2020 to plant price of 720 yuan / ton (including tax), the price will be increased by 15 yuan / ton on the basis of price adjustment notice on April 7, 2020.
