According to the price adjustment method in Article 2 of the steam supply pricing scheme of Huachuan group attached to the minutes of consultation on steam supply price pricing of Yinan central heating project on March 9, 2016: for each increase or decrease of 30 yuan / ton of coal price, the heating price shall be increased or decreased by 5 yuan / ton, and no adjustment shall be made for less than 30 yuan.
Considering the heating costs such as pipeline capacity and loss and considering the heating situation of steam users, the current coal price of about 1530 yuan / ton (including tax) is reduced by 20 yuan / ton based on the price adjustment notice on November 12, 2021 according to the 5000 kcal standard coal price (raw coal price of 1650 yuan / ton).
The specific price is as follows (the total loss is borne by Huachuan group):
