According to the price adjustment method in Article 2 of the steam supply pricing scheme of Huachuan group attached to the minutes of consultation on steam supply price pricing of Yinan central heating project on March 9, 2016: for each increase or decrease of 30 yuan / ton of coal price, the heating price shall be increased or decreased by 5 yuan / ton, and no adjustment shall be made for less than 30 yuan.
Considering the heating costs such as pipeline capacity and loss and the heating conditions of steam users, the standard coal price of 5000 kcal is about 1260 yuan/ton (including tax) as the benchmark, and the price is reduced by 5 yuan/ton on the basis of the price adjustment notice on March 28, 2023.
The specific price is as follows (the total loss is borne by Huachuan group):
